SUMMARY:AGAH-Workshop: Liposomal Formulations
DESCRIPTION:A niche in formulation development with highly increasing importance is filled by liposomal formulations with their unique technical and biopharmaceutical aspects. The intention behind this very specific type of parenteral formulations is the liposomal encapsulation\, coming along with an alteration of the pharmacokinetic and/or pharmacodynamic properties\, a principle which is often applied to drugs with a relatively small therapeutic range.
